From tasting my first sip of Kirsch at 8 months old; being taught the importance of aerating wine at 2 and the carbonation principles of champagne and cider in 5th grade (which got me an A+ on my science project) I am curious to go to the next step ..... Distillation.
Distilling is the art of purifying (a liquid) by vaporizing it, then condensing it by cooling the vapor, and collecting the resulting liquid. We will be distilling apples, pears and a variety of fruits grown on estate.
